I'm not much good at telling meadow pipits from tree pipits

Tree pipit IMO - pinkish bill, diffuse streaking on back

Thank you all! I also figured it's a tree pipit after carefully reading the collins guide's description -- the pinkish bill vs yellowish on meadows, and also the dark eye stripe which meadow pipits don't have

Note also the very fine flank streaking.
