A Warbler from Northern Kentucky, USA (1 Viewer)

This little guy arrived yesterday and was busy with flowers on a blooming slippery elm tree. I have it identified tentatively as a Tennessee Warbler but I'm not happy about the yellow beneath its tail.

Any help would be appreciated. If it isn't a Tennessee warbler, please point out what it was that made it something else.

Agreed. The two arcs around the eyes fit orange-crowned. Tennessee would be more of an eyebrow.

Even more importantly, your bird has a yellowish vent; Tennessee has a bright white vent.
