Small bird from South India (1 Viewer)

All these photos are of the same bird... shot close to a fresh water source in dense bushes or low hanging branches.

They're surely not all of the same bird, as the eye colour differs between the 1st image and the other three. Could no. 1 be juv Yellow-bellied?
