For the last three weeks a flock of about 150 to 200 Ceder Waxwing have been hanging around my apartment area. Never have i seen such a conglomeration. They are usually perched at the top of trees within my sight distance. In the morning and evening, there are there, and I believe they may stay here til migration which is soon.

Nice Alan !
They seem to have left this area around Houston a few weeks back. Never saw that many at once, must be a great sight.

Group I was watching (about 20), would be in the same tree every day and I could get within 10 feet of it. Great looking birds.
