It's not meant to be that technical but I would say that to be a 10 you would have to know all the birds of your area by sight and sound. You would also have to know where and when you could find them .You would also know a lot about these birds habits, habitats, and behaviors. You would also be patient and good at getting close to birds without stepping on their nests.
