I would like to make it known that my wife forced me to post this. I think this bird is not IDable, but she hopes for a confirmation of here carefully crafted theory that this is a Lappet-faced Vulture.

Help save a marriage a day. ID a bird!

Too much neck for Cinereous and not enough for any Griffon, and a huge brute of a bill with that distinct curved top edge in the top right pic... if it's not a Lappet it's doing a damn good impression of one!
 
To me this looks neither Aegypius, nor Gyps ; and if you´r esure this head and bill shape are not an artefact (they don´t look like one ) I ´'d say LFV ...
