Please help ID Cormorants from US

Can anyone clarify which Cormorants each of these are please
1. 2. & 3. were all taken in San Francisco in May 2008
4. was taken in on the west coast of Florida Dec 08
5. And the last was taken in the Florida Keys in Nov 09

The first one looks like a grebe to me (though I don't know which kind), while the others look like double crested cormorants.

The first is a Brandt's Cormorant. The rest are all Double-crested.

Also missed this last one, this was also taken on the west coast of Florida in Nov 2007
