But both Sandgrouse, Little Bustard, Duponts, Spanish imperial all lifers in one trip - things just get better and better!

Only Pin-tailed was a lifer, I had seen Black-bellied previously in the Canaries but yes it was still pretty damn good.

My last three county (San Diego) ticks:
359: Rose-breasted Grosbeak
360: Long-eared Owl
361: Dusky Flycatcher

357 was considerably more interesting: a White Wagtail. One showed up for a few days. It went missing on its second day for about 8 hours before I finally re-found it. Definitely one of the more exciting twitches I've had!
