Some help please

These two birds were flying fairly close together, though height seperation is hard to be sure of. The first is surely a Black kite, lots about at the moment. I am not sure about the other though. Taken today near Barbate, Andalucia, Spain. Thanks

I think that is a Black Kite too, just a very tatty one.
