Thanks so much Dave, those four all added (we don't appear to have a lot of information about Canopy Lodge and Tower)

Tsavo - an article can be added immediately, but I'd need some advice on it.

I gather it's in Kenya; should there be two separate articles, for East and West, or would one article cover both? And er... what info can you tell us about it - could you write something if I put the template(s) in?

Hi Delia,

Now where do I start? Canopy Lodge is a sister reserve about 2 hours drive from Canopy Tower so they should be listed separately.

Tsavo East & West are two different reserves so they should have their own page and while searching through my images I came across pics of Mida Creek, Kilifi Creek and a few other sites not listed at all (and a lot closer to home!), notably Ardnamurchan, Loch Morlich, Lochindorb & the best in Northants - Summer Leys.

Looks like I've inadvertently undertaken another project ...

Hi Ads

Thanks for all those pictures.... I see that Helen has already uploaded one of them.

Unfortunately my knowledge of Uganda is virtually nil - what article titles do you suggest we go for?

You can start them yourself very easily by typing the name in the search bar, press Return, then click on the 'orange' name.

Paste this into the resulting page:

{{stub}}
==Overview==
==Birds==
===Notable Species===
===Rarities===
===Check-list===
{{BirdsSee|
}}
==Other Wildlife==
==Site Information==
===History and Use===
===Areas of Interest===
===Access and Facilities===
===Contact Details===
==External Links==

[[Category:Locations]] [[Category:Uganda]]

Save it and you're ready to go! Yeah... it really is that easy.

Alternatively we could turn the Uganda Category page into an article rather like this one on Switzerland which contains a mix of general information, links to articles and information about smaller places where it isn't deemed necessary to have a dedicated article.

Does that make sense?

D

Thanks from me, too, Ads.
I started a page for the Murchison Falls National Park, and found 3 other parks for Uganda on this Game Reserve page:
Bwindi Impenetrable Forest
Kibale Forest National Park
Queen Elizabeth National Park

So I'll try to work on them as time allows, but I'm also busy planning our trip to Australia, so can't dedicate a lot of time to Opus right now

Delia - I think it would be a good idea to make the Category:Uganda page into an article. Conversely, the states of Australia are just articles at present, but I think they'd be better as categories, so that all the articles for each state will be listed at the bottom of the pages.

Some flowers from Retezat National Park (27-30 July 2009). I know a very few things about plants, so I can not identify them.

Do you still need pictures for Staines Reservoir? I have some here:

http://www.pbase.com/htcdude/staines_reservoir

If you would like some let me know where I can upload them and also let me know if you would like them full size or as they are.

Hi Nige

Just had a quickie look. Nos 0639 and 0647 would seem to do the job.

If you can't work out how to upload directly to Opus, attach them here and I'll do it for you.

Thanks very much

Thanks Nige

Here's the result.

All that's missing really, is a bit of descriptive text about the photos, what we're looking at, or where from etc and time of year maybe.
