Swarovski fixed my broken binoculars for free in about 7 weeks. It took longer than I had hoped, but they are back and working perfectly, so I guess I have no complaints.
I broke my brand new CL 8x25s. They were in their case strapped to the waist strap of my backpack and I slipped and fell on them. I think I knocked a prism loose, but I am not sure.
