Bird ID Please - Bainbridge Island, Washington, USA (1 Viewer)

The attached bird is very common around my feeder. It hangs out in the brush, feeds largely from the ground, but occasionally will jump up and eat from my finch feeder (pictured) but not the sunflower seed feeder.

At times, I have thought it was a Pacific/Winter Wren, but its tail is a little long and straight. Other times I think it is a Savannah Sparrow, but it has no yellow near the eye.

Any help would be appreciated!
