Mississippi or White-tailed Kites (1 Viewer)

Took these photos at Anahuac National Wildlife Refuge (eastern Texas gulf coast) day before yesterday. I thought for sure they were Mississippi Kites, but when I checked in my field guide it looks like it may be a White-tailed. This is three different birds. Request correct ID. Thanks for sharing your expertise.
