Birded Lock 12 on Thursday May 10, cool and quite windy, looking for Cerulean Warbler. No luck. Troubled by this because usually very dependable here. Heard no song and Cerulean normally sing like crazy if around. Maybe too early?

Walked down the road toward the Dam, nice views of immature Bald Eagle and Osprey.
