Hello,
it is me once more. I would like to kindly ask for help in identifying the birds whose pictures are attached. There are all from South Africa, November 2015, areas as specified below. Thanks a lot!

#1: Hluhluwe-Imfolozi Park. Maybe juvenile Jackal Buzzard?
#2: Karoo desert area. Some kind of sparrowhawk?
#3: Giant's Castle NP, Drakensberg area. Resolution is pretty bad as the bird was far away, so maybe not identifiable. Someone told us it should be a flying bearded vulture, but when comparing to other pictures of flying bearded vultures that did not seem quiet right.
#4: iSimangaliso Wetland area. Two sandpipers, right one maybe Marsh?
#5: St. Lucia. Resolution is pretty bad, sorry for that. Red legs and red bill...

Never been to SA so not a lot of help, but #3 has a short tail, so a Gyps vulture, definitely not Bearded which has a very long tail.

Steppe Buzzard
juv. Chanting-goshawk either Dark or Souther Pale , check occurrence at the site
Gyps vulture, Cape good candidate with dark secondaries bar
Curlew and Wood imo
African Swamphen

Thanks Nutcracker, thanks Tom - appreciate your fast help :) I really need to get better on the raptors... #2 then is a Southern Pale Chanting-Goshawk - Dark not existing there.

Can someone confirm the sandpipers?
