could it be a juv. W. Bonelli's? Rather full and white UTCs and pale lores.

No idea about the id, but wouldn't a Bonelli's in Slovakia be an eastern?

Bonelli's (neither W nor E) don't occur in that area

I thought Western did - just, now I see they breed just west of Slovakia, not far from the location. I also thought the bird looked pretty white on its underparts for a Chiffchaff.

According to Peter Kovalik's Slovakia checklist, Western Bonelli's is a passage migrant.
