Any reason this isn't S. maurus? Small orange breast patch, large white neck patch, white rump and black underwing coverts.

Hi Roland, thanks for your reply! This is the best I can do, for what it's worth I didn't notice any white on the tail!

A worn rubicola, those birds are often confused for Siberian/Eastern birds in spring. Note the black marks to the tips of the uppertail coverts and dirty flanks.
