Took a group of 29 to Winterton dunes today. Good views of Stonechats & Yellowhammers on dunes.

The better birds were seen on the beach with c300 Lttle Terns including many juvenilles. Three Cormorants feeding on flatfish on the sea. One Sanderling, An adult Summer Common Gull & several Ringed Plovers with youngsters. by the shoreline.

Great Pub lunch at the Nelson Head, followed by Cream Teas at Horsey.

Showing a visitor the Sabines tommorow, which should be a good day. It seems that I have missed a great deal on my patch today though. (See Birdguides)

100 plus Painted Ladies seen along track to the pub.

Colin.
