Two Thai raptors (1 Viewer)

Anybody tell me what these two raptors are? They were seen in Chiang Mai in March.

I've moved this to the ID forum, where it's more likely to get noticed.

My initial reaction is Oriental Honey Buzzard for the first and Crested Goshawk for the second.
 
Not sure about Crested Goshawk - I'm only seeing 5 fingers, and it's not that broad-winged. Also, the tail is a little narrow and the barring on the belly is limited to the flanks.
