found this in my back garden in ireland , with a bunch of starlings eating dog food. its not a great pic, its like a blackbird with pink/white top and bottom. yellow beak and legs.

thanks for all the replies. im in county louth. the bird was around the garden for a few days now it seems to be gone.

It might still be in the area even if its not in your garden. I live in Ardee and would be interested following it up tomorrow if you could let us know where you saw the bird.
