I would be appreciated to identify this bird which has been seen in Turkey by my friend on 2 June 2019

where in turkey?
looks like a female eastern black-eared wheatear to me. but always hard to exclude a female pied, that's why i asked about the exact location.

That's right , it's difficult to distinguish between wheatear females.

the photo belong to East of Turkey , Van. (38.456624, 43.325004)
 
agree, on the 2nd pic, pretty clear a O.h.melanoleuca.

Or elevated to O. melanoleuca, according to Schweizer et al 2019 & Schweizer & Burri 2019...
