My Clouded Brindle (A.epomidion) (1 Viewer)

Thought this was worth posting for novices of this species.

I was fortunate not to spend ages looking for ID. This form is not in Waring or Skinner. They only show the dark richly marked ab. lipara which is unknown in Ireland.
Included in first photo is the form of Clouded-bordered Brindle (on right) that occurs here. The other species I looked at in book was Reddish Light Arches.
I think if one is familiar with Clouded-bordered Brindle then if the light form of Clouded Brindle turns up, it should be obviously different as was the case with me today.
