Sightron SIII 8x32 (1 Viewer)

I wish I could help with this one. I never felt the need to try the SIII series 8x32 because the SII is so good. Based on what is listed on the Sightron homepage there appears to be little difference between the SII and SIII in terms of specs and features. The magnesium body is listed as a weight-saving benefit for the SIII but it weighs the same as the SII based on the Sightron info.

The cost difference is substantial between the two models so unless you prefer the traditional hinge design I wouldn't see a reason to purchase the SIII version.
