Hi all, new to bird watching and photography so please forgive picture. I have been on many bird ID sites but just cant be sure what this is. If anyone can help it would be most appreciated. Thanks, Grant.

Thank you everyone, wasn't expecting a reply so fast. Ahh a chafinch, I think its call was throughing me out and it looked as though it had a bit of a crest on the pic. Mind at rest now. will try for some better shots next time.
