Ziess Conquest hinge issues (1 Viewer)

Anyone had an issue with hinge on Ziess Conquest needing to be tighten? Wondering if there is a way to fix this or if i need to send in for repair. And i wonder if US repair even open at this point.

Randy:
Zeiss USA parts and service are closed right now, but they are receiving emails and communicating.
I found that out last week.
I just looked at my Conquest HD, and the hinge cap is not easily removeable, so I would recommend
sending it in later, when they can service it.

Hi,

Even if you can remove the hinge cap there is no way to adjust the hinge tension underneath it.

To repair this problem the focus wheel has to be removed so the binocular will definately have to be sent to Zeiss for repair.
