Quantifying one downside of hunting (1 Viewer)

This reminds me of one autumn a few years ago when my partner and I were walking near a friend's house in Limousin. We came upon a party of hunters, and thought it wise to enquire if it was safe to proceed down the track. Having been reassured it was OK, we asked if they'd had a successful hunt - not today was the response...

All the hunters were wearing high-viz 'gilets orange' (well before it became a thing to wear 'gilets jaune' on the roadblocks). They hadn't killed each other, with the added bonus of not killing any wildlife either...
