Any reviews of the Panorama ED yet? (1 Viewer)

Mostly using spectacles (myopic) with binoculars.
You can buy it in several e-shops now....so some buyers should have got one now...unless it is only preorders but not advertized as such...

I've only taken a brief look through the Panoramas so can't offer a full review but would say they are certainly a step up from the Frontiers. For me, Hawkes are very ergonomic and built quality is good, but being Chinese rather than Japanese they aren't going to match some of their rivals here. Image quality though, as I've come to expect, was very good. Bright and sharp, good field of view with less edge softness than their less expensive models. Next time the rep is down I will take a longer look to give better feedback!

Joe, you are probably the only one who has looked through this bin...:smoke: ;)

Thanks for your answer,

Anders

I contacted Hawke and was told they would be available in about six weeks. I'll try to have a look then.
