Would this camera be suitable for digiscoping. If so what are some scopes this camera could attach to for bird photography.

I have no knowledge of this camera, but, from info about previous G series camera's, probably not. Although Digibirder did have some success with the G2.

The G6 does take a lens adaptor with a 52mm thread, so it could be connected to any of the digiscoping adaptors using a 58-37/28 adaptor.

Dedicated Digiscoping adaptors clamp onto scope eyepieces, not scopes. A scopes can take different eyepieces, all having different diameters ( which implies a different adaptor ). Some adapters are flexible in what diameter eyepieces can be used though!
Some adaptors connect to the Tripod Quick release plate and then a bracket would hold the camera to the lens.

HERE is the link to my experience with the G3. The results were not too bad.
