Red-tailed hawk I believe, some of the markings are different than the examples I have found. Request confirmation of red-tailed hawk or correct ID. Yesterday, Palacios, TX (Texas Gulf Coast)

Not a Red-tailed. If it weren’t for the absence of the characteristic dark wrist markings, I’d say Osprey.
 
Not a Red-tailed. I see this as a light morph Swainson's Hawk. Probably 2nd year still retaining most juvie plumage.
