I agree with Lou, its a 1 cy Yellow Wagtail.
Pure grey back is to dark for a White Wagtail (but consider Pied), I see a faint olive wash to some feathers there. Also, if you look closely, there is a slight yellowish tinge to the white edges of the greater coverts.
Head pattern is also better for Yellow Wagtail with a narrow straight supercilium and uniform dark ear-coverts.
