Greater Flamingo caught by a Caracal (1 Viewer)

I thought this might be quite unusual. They probably have evolved specialised hunting techniques to catch Flamingos at Langebaan, seeing there are so many there.

I painted it on my ipad from a camera trap photo taken at 3am.

Very interesting. Technology in the extreme - wildlife act caught on automatic camera, digitally (in both senses of the word!) captured on a device, viewed online and here's me commenting on a laptop ...

(There is a wildlife art section on here too.)
 
@ murrayralfe : A very different technique that I don't know much about, but its effective. Great light.
