Hi all... just wanted to post a bit about the great chance of getting this bird now in Colombia!!.. reliably and safely!

In Bocas del Atrato, along with Northern Screamers, Black Antshrikes, Bare-throated Tiger-Herons, Aracaris, Parrots, Woodpeckers, and a load of other birds, there is a neat clean and superbly attended (by the local community) place to stay, local guides that know what a birder looks for and take you through the mangroves targeting your birds, delicious local seafood, and lovely scenery at the delta of one of the biggest rivers in the New World: the Atrato!

You can find now photos and videos of this mega rare endemic on the internet thanks to our's and some other friend's visits to this amazing place.. companies and guides have started to take birders to this place to see this mythical bird!

Enjoy some of the photos and videos following the links below,
saludos!, Diego.
