Red Brested Merganser? (1 Viewer)

Just parked the car (8:10am) at Pett Levels, East Sussex and looking out to sea (tide in) saw what I think is R B Merganser...

Please check out the photo attached - a montage of 3 pics taken with a Canon A40 Dig Camera and Carl Zeiss 10x50 binos (!)

Went on to see a wonderful Peregrine (1st for me) and 4 Avocets in the Pannel Valley - didn't see but heard a Cetti's
