European Tree Sparrow

Spotted nesting in St. Louis, MO! Has babies, hopefully will survive and thrive.

Hi Chris,

Good one! They're declining seriously back here, though not quite as badly in my area as in some other parts of Britain

You see tree sparrows, Michael?

I'm jealous - I haven't seen one in this part of the world in years...

Eurasian Tree Sparrows

Hi all. A few years ago, Eurasian Tree Sparrows showed up in my yard. I see them everyday. There are currently 3 nesting pairs making their residence in my back yard. I happened upon a young one last night that had just fledged. Very cute and small. Just thought I would share.

Very Cool,

I'm happy you have the privilege of seeing them so often. Charge 1$ per person to come see them! Just joking-
