Darter for I/D (1 Viewer)

Can anyone please I/D this darter.I only had a chance for one poor photograph but I Think it is either a male Common Darter or Ruddy Darter. Any help will be appreciated

I'd edge towards Ruddy, looks to have a piched in waist but the angle could be deceptive however, it has all black legs too, good for Ruddy.
