hello, can you help me identify this Phalarope I saw at Fish Creek, Calgary Alberta on August 6th 2019. My first thought was Red-necked but someone said it looked like Wilson's. Thank

Definitely Red-necked. Head pattern very distinctive with isolated dark cheeks, and bill much shorter and finer than Wilson's. The mantle braces are pro Red-necked too.
