Agree with Deb, its a Cirl Bunting IMO. Appearently large eye, as shown by this bird, is a good feature against Yellowhammer with a more contrasting head-pattern from my experience, too.

Edit: although not a hard identification point, the rounded head when viewed from behind is also not good for a Corn Bunting (first picture). In Corn Buting, the head often looks squarer and flat,

The other bird is a White Wagtail btw
