Awkward behavior by birds (1 Viewer)

I thought it would be interesting to post stories about strange behavior in birdworld. I now and then see strange things happening and this thread could contribute to finding solutions and sharing stories! So post any uncommon behavior (ever seen a magpie dancing tango? or less uncommon things are welcome too :D)

To start off:

Yesterday is was in my backyard when three ducks flew over as if they were in migration, pretty high in V shape (by the shape i'd say mallards). The strange thing is that two were attacking the third in the sky. Ofcourse it's mating season and they get agressive towards each other but ive never seen ducks flying and pecking each other. It's not like they just flew up one block away and chasing each other. Has anyone ever seen that behavior too?
