Hi All,
I have a rather embarrassing situation. I haven't digiscoped in 3 to 4 years now. I have also gotten whats called Electroconvulsive therapy or ECT treatment for depression. Long story short I have lost some of my memory from this treatment and have forgotten how my digiscoping equipment goes together. I don't recommend anyone get this treatment for depression. Anyway my problem...
My digiscoping equipment is all over my room in various containers. I found my scope, a Swarovski HD and my camera, a Nikon CoolPix 8400. I have the Swarovski Spotting Scope Digital Camera Adapter (DCA) mounted on my Swaro Scope. The mounting ring in the DCA is a M52.
With the DCA and 52mm mount I can't connect the camera to the scope. The lens is sticking out too far, it won't allow me to connect the camera. I'll take a photo of this issue and attach it here.
Can anyone out there help me with this?
Thanks,
Dana
