Hi everybody,

Nice to join this club! I have birding in my younger years and recently found I want to put some more time and effort into it. My favorite walk is in a forest near my home town Utrecht, where I can watch king fishers on a daily basis. For longer trips I go to the wetlands of the Oostvaardersplassen. I join the birdforum to learn more about identifying the birds of these wetlands, and about scopes and other tools available.
