1: greater rhea based on feathers not extending much over thighs (although bill appears short, and eye looks dark the bird appears hefty and not rounded); 2: puna tinamou 3: black-hooded sierra-finch 4: plumbeous sierra-finch

After a bit more research, I agree this must be lesser rhea. Perhaps the description doesn't apply to this subspecies, or perhaps the reference I have is just wrong, but the thigh thing doesn't hold up: there are lots of photos of lesser with "bare" thighs. And then there's the altitude...

(I'm struggling to see the other identification features of lesser in your photos esp the apparently shorter bill.)

This subspecies is split by some as Puna rhea in which case it's near-threatened
