Does anyone know what this is? I know it's a scope of some sort but there are no markings on it and no adjustments. The cap is spring-loaded.

3x Galilean multiplier lens for attaching to the front of an image intensifier monocular. Bit like this one.... https://www.atncorp.com/54-3x-mil-spec-magnifier-lens (secondhand is probably a lot less).
Gives a pretty narrow field of view of you squint through it. Very handy when coupled to the right kind of kit.

Thanks and wow! they are expensive new. I have no use for it so I will sell it.

Usually sell for a lot less, someone will be happy to get hold of it and make the night that little bit bigger.
