Unknown bird, Pittsburgh Pa USA (1 Viewer)

I saw this guy in a park near Pittsburgh PA. I believe it is a Flycatcher but I'm not sure the species. They all look rather similar. I didn't hear a song from him. Let me know if you can help. I wish I had a better picture. I took the photo on 5-20-2010.

Difficult one! ....If I'm right and the PP is perhaps longer, than shorter! with smudging on the UTC's, I would suggest Eastern Wood Pewee on the basis that only the Pewee's have this 'smudging'?

Agree on Eastern Wood-pewee. In addition to the field marks noted above, note the very wide, yellow lower mandible, and "big headed" appearance.
 
Thanks everyone. The pewee was the other one I was thinking of. I don't know how anyone can see such subtle variations between species. It's maddening sometimes!
