Photos taken in SoCal mid December.
2 gulls in photo 1.
The bird in photo 2 has a dark tail band, the bird in photo 3 does not.

Hi jamangus,
In all pic. there are Ring-billed Gulls. The one in the middle is a 2nd winter, and probably in pic. 1 as well? The other gull is a Western Gull (L.occidentalis) In pic. 3 also adult RBG + a Clark´s Grebe.
