not sure, maybe a Savi's Warbler. Just a guess...I think the bird in the picture is a bit darker, and a bit greyer.

Hi Adam,
Looks like a Sylvia warbler to me, and I'll take a guess at female Sardinian, though I appreciate that there are lots of possibilities from that genus in winter in Israel....

Indeed it is a Sylvia, and Jason had the first right answer with Cyprus Warbler.

Here's a picture of the front end of the bird, revealing it as a first winter female (I reckon).
