Hi all, The Malvern Hills, UK, this week.

At first I thought it was a small buzzard, then I thought it was a brownish sparrow hawk, now I think it might be a buzzard again!

It has very yellow legs and part round the beak, but is quite brown,, but has a longish barred tail - on another pic!

Could anyone be definitive for me and let me know why?

Thanks all J

Common Buzzard, adult. Heavier body, dark eyes, no horizontal bars on breast... so many differences with a Sparrowhawk!
