Tree pipit or Olive backed pipit? - India (1 Viewer)

All the images are from Pune, India.
The first 2 are from the same location of different individuals.
While these 2 were were together in one area, one seems like a tree pipit and the other an olive backed.

The 3rd image is from a different location in Pune.

Please help with the ID!!
