Water and a detergent / wetting agent to be exact.

The problem with all modern dishwashers: they contain care cosmetics, which leave a "grease" film.

Yes, there is an additive in the washing-up liquid to stop your hands getting 'attacked' by the cleansing chemicals and it leaves a little 'grease' so your hands stay soft and lubricated, but this is not very good for keeping lenses clean.
