Are both these Least Sandpipers? both taken in Grand Turks in April, as 1 seems to be grey while the other brown

From memory, and without my books to hand, I would expect yellow/green legs and are brownish or rusty at most stages in life, non-breeding adults look greyer, but less distinct markings on throat. Size of a sparrow, maybe a bit larger but not much.
Will look up in my Caribbean and USA books when I get home.
I'm kind of ok with both, but its been a few years, so...
