Spot-tailed Jacamar, I can find no such name?

3 Looks like Green-tailed Jacamar to me?

Southern populations of rufous-tailed can be split as spot-tailed apparently. No idea what the ID marks are though. [edit] Based on neotropical birds site, the 2 sspp which Avibase says are "spot-tailed" differ from nominate like this:

rufoviridis: Differs from nominate ruficauda by having four (not two) central rectrices green. Also, the outer webs of the tips of the outer rectrices green. heterogyna Similar to rufoviridis, but paler.

...Unclear what about this makes it "spot-tailed" as such but hey

...Green-tailed jacamar is in NE S. America according to neotropical birds so it can't be that

I did a quick Google and got zero hits on the name 'Spot-tailed'.....

Rufous-tailed Jacamar in both cases. Male with white and Female with rufous throat patch.
